1.Tell Me About Yourself

Ans:Good morning sir.

It’s my pleasure to introduce myself to you.

Myself Sourav, I belong from West Bengal .

I have completed mine under graduation in Computer Application from NIBT.

I did my intermediate from state board with 86.6% and high school from state board with 73%.

My sweet nuclear family consist of four members include me.

My strength is a hard worker, easily adaptable any kind of environment and team worker.

My weakness is I am not comfortable until work is not finished in the given time.

My short term goal is to get a job in reputed company.

My long term goal becomes more responsible and knowlegeble persanality and an respectable position on my company.

That’s all about me.

2. Why should I hire you?

Ans:As a fresher, I have no experience in any company. If you hire me, then I’ll give my knowledge in this company and prove myself.

3. What are your goals?

Ans:My goal: “I would like to become a successful person in my professional life as well as my personal life”.

4. What are your strengths?

Ans:
– Picked up new skill and try to be proficient at a task as quick as possible.

– Willingness to take initiative and believe in quick action rather than should be or would be!!.

5.What is your greatest weakness?

Ans:- Straight forward.

6. Why do you want to work here?

Ans:I think that this company gave me a good opportunity to explore my knowledge and enhance my skill to help the growth of a company and my career.

7. How much salary do you expect?

Ans:I am not having experience in this field. So, I’m expecting the salary as per your company norms, which will fulfills my economical needs.

Ans:My role model is Dr. APJ Abdul kalam. Because he is very dedicated towards his work. He make his unique identity in odd condition and never give up. And also present him as the role model for us.
